Visuella endeavors to process any valid DMCA notice and remove the affected content within 5 business days.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following elements:

• Identification of the removed content and its location prior to removal;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court, and to service of process by the notifying party;

Visuella enforces a zero-tolerance repeat-infringer policy: accounts, contributors, or content sources identified as repeat infringers will be terminated.

Brand owners who want their logo or trademark removed from a Visuella app may email us at contact@visuella-dz.com with the subject line "Brand Removal Request". No formal legal notice is required; Visuella commits to removing the item within 5 business days of receiving the request.
