This policy applies to all mobile applications published by Visuella on Google Play and the App Store. The specific SDKs and features used may vary by app; the authoritative list for each app is disclosed in its Google Play Data Safety section and App Store Privacy Nutrition Label.

By choosing to use our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information Visuella collects is used to provide and improve our Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described below.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

For a better experience, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. Such information is retained on your device and is not collected by Visuella in any way.

Our apps use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

In the event of an error in the app, we collect — through third-party products — diagnostic data called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the Service, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Our apps do not use “cookies” explicitly. However, they may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” or equivalent identifiers to collect information and improve their services.

Visuella may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Services;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Services are used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Our apps use Google AdMob to deliver and measure ads. AdMob relies on OS-level advertising identifiers: the Android Advertising ID (GAID) on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS.

These identifiers are used for ad delivery, frequency capping, attribution and measurement. You can reset or limit their use at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR apply to Visuella's processing of your personal data.

• Right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• Right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”);
• Right to data portability;
• Right to object to processing;
• Right to withdraw consent at any time;
• Right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

Legal bases for processing:

• Consent — for personalized advertising and associated identifiers;
• Legitimate interest — for crash diagnostics (Crashlytics) and usage analytics, in order to ensure the stability and improvement of our apps.

On first launch in the EEA or UK, a Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent form is presented. You can change your choice at any time from the app's settings ("Privacy settings" or equivalent).

Visuella does not sell personal information. However, behavioral advertising may qualify as “sharing” under the CPRA; California residents may opt out of personalized ads via the in-app consent controls.

Your rights:

• Right to know what personal information is collected;
• Right to request deletion of your personal information;
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
• Right to opt out of “sharing” for behavioral advertising;
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our apps may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by Visuella; we strongly advise you to review their own Privacy Policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

Visuella may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect on the effective date shown below. You are advised to review this page periodically.

Effective date: 2026-09-09. Continued use of our apps after this date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
